Stunning Trentham Falls is one of the longest single drop waterfalls in Victoria, plunging some 32 metres over ancient basalt columns. It's particularly impressive in winter, when rain creates the strongest flow.
For the best views of the falls, take the easy walk from the carpark to the viewing area.

Hanging Rock has fitted in so much over 6 million years… from a sacred place for local indigenous people and backdrop to Joan Lindsay’s book Picnic at Hanging Rock and Peter Weir’s film of the same title, to a colourful host of music concerts, markets and popular horse races, the Rock tells many tales about the history of the Macedon Ranges.

After Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance, Mt Macedon Memorial Cross is considered the most significant war memorial in Victoria. Located on the summit of Mt Macedon, this imposing structure stands 21 metres high and commemorates all those who served in wars and conflicts. It’s destination is located at the end of Cameron Drive, which includes picnic and BBQ areas and the Top of the Range Tearooms.
